General Steps for Registration :-
- 1Step 1: Go to the website https://ngdrs.jk.gov.in
- 2Step 2: Complete new user registration
- 3Step 3: Log in to the website
- 4Step 4: Fill all details in the A-General Info tab
- 5Step 5: Complete C-Property details & Valuation
- 6Step 6: Fill D-Party details and designate one party as the presenter
- 7Step 7: Complete E-Witness details
- 8Step 8: Proceed to F-Payment
- 9Step 9: Calculate G-Stamp duty
- 10Step 10: Review H-Pre-Registration Summary
- 11Step 11: Upload files in I-Upload File
- 12Step 12: Submit data in J-Data Submission
- 13Step 13: Schedule K-Appointment
- 14Step 14: Visit the SRO office on the appointment date for further processing
